Our Target Areas

Paths to Wholeness is targeted toward women in the Orangeburg community and throughout South Carolina. The temporary long-term housing offered through the program presents women with the means to focus on becoming spiritually, educationally and emotionally whole before assimilating back into society.

SPIRITUAL

Our goal is to identify the core of their initial issues and provide spiritual and emotional resources to cope and prevent repeating the same patterns. Paths to Wholeness will partner with counselors and ministers to ensure this component of building the whole woman.

OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING

Our program hosts a "Match Day," in which participants are required to become employed with rent payment as a prerequisite for continued housing. All women are required to obtain an advanced certification, skill, training, or degree where relevant.

FINANCIAL

The "Work of Her Hands” initiative will be a part of a long-term plan in which participants will walk through steps that teach on finances, income, basic accounting, savings, investing, ways to create different types of legal income, and more.
